Blair will be talking about Utah’s first annual LOSS: Love Ones Suicide Survivors Day!

Governor Herbert has declared October 28th as Utah’s official LOSS day, which is also Talese Turner’s birthday. This initiative was spearheaded by the ever-inspiring May Bradley and the amazing board members of the LOSS: Loved Ones Suicide Survivors Support Group.

Despite navigating the complicated grief of losing a loved one to suicide, this amazing group of people continues to serve the community of survivors by raising awareness, providing emotional support, and speaking their loved ones names…

We invite all survivors to head to the LOSS Facebook page this Sunday, October 28th to share a photo and the name of your loved one. By speaking their names, we choose to honor how they lived, rather than define them by how they died…

I can’t think of a better way to honor my best friend, my source of inspiration and a truly exceptional human being on what would have been her 42nd birthday.
